Reading this table

Corporate return dates are for calendar-year C corporations; most states key them to the federal date or to the 15th day of the 4th month. Partnership and S corporation dates are for the state information or entity return. Sales tax due days are the general rule for the return covering the prior period; states assign monthly, quarterly, or annual filing based on liability. Each state page carries the rule text, thresholds, other business taxes, and the sources it was checked against.
