Due date. CHANGED: beginning with the January 2026 reporting period, returns and payments are due on the 20th of the month following the reporting period (AB 594, 2025; first return under new rule due Feb 20, 2026). Previously due the last day of the following month. NRS 372.355 now reads 'on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding each month.'

Notes
No corporate or personal income tax. Sales/use tax due date moved from last day of following month to the 20th effective the January 2026 period (AB 594).
